topical use

TOPICAL USE

Oils are great to rub onto the skin.
You can dilute them with a carrier oil.
There are a few carrier oils, like coconut oil,
sweet almond oil or grapeseed oil.
Or you can use Young Living’s V-6 oil.
You can massage into the location
that you’re needing it, or the soles of your feet.
When applying to children or babies,
always dilute with a carrier oil.

AROMATIC USE

Take a drop of lavender oil in your hands and smell it.
Those tiny molecules are entering your nose
and being absorbed by your blood stream.
This method of inhaling is a great way
to use oils quickly and easily.
You can also place a few drops of oils
into a diffuser with water and the cool mist
will spread them into the air
so you breath them in as you move
around your home or office.

INTERNAL USE

By ingesting oils, you are getting the
most benefit of every drop!
You can place drops under the tongue,
swab the oil on the inside of your cheek,
or place the drops into a vegetable capsule to swallow. Under the tongue is the go-to method
for adults because of how quickly
the oils can be absorbed into your body
through your mouth.
Be sure to check that the specific oil
is for internal use first!
Oils are also great when added to a glass of water!
